Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being recieved. Orders should reach you within 7 to 10 business days. If after 10 days you do not recieve your order please call Fancy Tails CompanyTM at 310-937-4408 to track your shipment, we will then give you an update and an estimated day of arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Fancy Tails CompanyTM will refund any unused item within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please ship the item and your receipt to Fancy Tails Company Attn: Returns 409 N. Pacific Coast Highway Suite 154 Redondo Beach, CA 90277. Shipping is non-refundable. Exchanges of equal or greater value are shipped to you for no additional charge. If you return an item with receipt for refund, the method of refund will be the same as the original payment method. Please ship returns via UPS, FedEx or USPS Insured since we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item we cannot accept COD.
